Shipping policy

We will dispatch your order within 3-4 business days of you placing the order.
Please note that Express Post may provide a quicker delivery once the item is dispatched, it does not inherently speed up the order processing time.

All parcels will be sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

USA orders — import duties are prepaid, so there should be no unexpected customs payment on delivery.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost in the post please raise an enquiry with Australia Post.
